These are the terms and conditions on which we supply goods to you.
Orders
Orders must be placed via our website wcolo.com
Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions carefully, and check that the details about the Order and in these terms and conditions are complete and accurate, before you sign and/or submit your Order. If you think that there is a mistake, please contact us to discuss. We will confirm any changes / updates in writing to avoid any confusion.
When you sign and/or submit your Order to us, it does not mean we have accepted your Order(s). These terms and conditions will become binding on you and us when we issue you with a written acceptance of an Order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If you need make any changes to a custom-made Order, your prescription, or your order details, you must notify us within 24 hours of the order placed. If changes are made after this time a charge may be applied.
Availability
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we cannot always guarantee the availability of goods as set out on our site. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and we will not process your order in that case. If you have already paid for it, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
Delivery
Please note that delivery times and delivery charges will vary depending on the goods and your address. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date and you will be notified when the goods have been dispatched. Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the goods to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the goods have been returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery. The goods will be under your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order at any time before the date of delivery completion. But for any custom-made items (e.g, prescription lenses) must be cancelled within 24 hours of the Order being placed.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 days return policy from the date you receive the goods. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with it or you think you have made a mistake in your order, you may simply return them in their unworn, original, merchantable condition, in the original case.
Firstly, please directly contact us to confirm the cancellation and return address.
If your Order has been dispatched, you will need to return the Goods at your return delivery cost. All returns are inspected on arrival and a full refund will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
You can select any one of following ways, after excluding the shipping fee, which is not refundable:
- A one-time use only 100% store credit.
- Or a one-time exchange at no processing cost. You need to make up the price difference if the product exchanged as higher value, or we will refund the price difference if the exchanged one is lesser value than the item returned.
- Or 50% refund of the product price.
